• 1. Metrostav Development JSC, hereinafter the Provider is the provider of following websites: www.navackove.cz, www.metrostavdevelopment.cz, www.alfarezidence.cz, www.tyrsuvvrch.cz, www.mestskabrana.cz, www.krutec.cz
• 2. These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter T&C, are presented to the Client in order to inform him or her about the terms and conditions, as well as changes made on the websites stated in Paragraph 1 of these T&C.
• 3. It is forbidden to change the content and technological framework of the websites stated in Paragraph 1 of these T&C in any way, without a written consent of the Provider. The Provider is the only subject authorized to change the websites stated above.
• 4. The Provider is the only subject authorized to change or supplement these T&C.
• 5. Access to some content of the websites stated in Paragraph 1 of these T&C is conditioned by providing personal information of the Client. In a given case, the Provider shall process personal information of the Client in line with the Act no. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
