What warranty applies to new buildings by Metrostav Development?
All new residential developments by Metrostav Development come with a 2-year warranty (24 months).
What financing options are available? Does Metrostav Development arrange mortgage loans?
New residential properties by Metrostav Development can be financed in several ways. The full purchase price may be paid from own funds, or a mortgage loan may be used.
Metrostav Development arranges mortgage financing through Hyposervis Consulting, whose brokers prepare offers from multiple banks, helping clients save time.
I am interested in a new apartment from your offer. Who should I contact?
Each Metrostav Development project has a dedicated broker who can be contacted directly. Alternatively, you can call the green line at 800 26 60 60 or submit an enquiry via the contact form on the project website. Enquiries are always forwarded to the relevant broker.
How does Metrostav Development finance its development projects?
All of our projects, both residential and commercial, are financed through a combination of own and external financial resources.
How can I reserve a selected property? How long is the reservation valid and under what conditions?
A reservation can be made through the project broker or via the contact form on the project website.
A confirmed pre-reservation is free of charge and valid for 7 calendar days, during which the client decides whether to proceed with the purchase.
How does Metrostav Development use the BIM method?
BIM (Building Information Modelling) is applied within our projects. In the past, it has been used, for example, on the Palmovka Open Park commercial development.
What is the Metrostav Group Code of Ethics?
The Metrostav Group Code of Ethics is a binding document defining the moral principles of the Metrostav Group. It sets out rules of conduct for all Group companies, employees, and collaborators.
