In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Artificial Intelligence Act), the Operator informs users that artificial intelligence (AI) systems were used in the preparation of content published on this Website.

The Operator further states that:

• — AI systems were used in the creation, editing, translation, optimization, research, analysis, visualizations, graphic design and other content published on the Website.
• — All published content was subject to human review prior to publication.
• — The final version of the published content was approved by the Operator or, where the content was prepared on behalf of another party, by the respective contracting party.
• — The use of AI systems in preparing the Website content did not constitute automated decision-making in relation to users of the Website.
• — Where required by applicable law, including Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated content was or will be identified in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
