The Malešický háj residential project successfully acquired a use permit.  

 

This project being developed in Malešice, Prague 10, offers only 107 residential units in five buildings, while its biggest advantage is the close proximity to the Malešice wood.

For the fifth time, at the end of the year, we organised among our employees a charity fundraiser for the non-profit organisation called Cesta domů. 

 

This year, Metrostav Development tripled the amount collected from among our employees, and thanks to that we were able to hand Cesta domů a symbolic check for the incredible CZK 394 500. The amount raised will this time be used for children’s palliative care improvement.

The Byty u parku Na Vackově Project in Prague 3 has successfully acquired a use permit for the buildings E, M, and R. 

 

11 new buildings with 272 apartments and diverse architecture are located in the upper part of Žižkov and continue the previous stages of the Na Vackově Residential Park. 

 

The Prague architectural studio Architecture Interior Project is behind the design of the Byty u parku Project.

The Vilapark Klamovka project with its 117 apartments in eight buildings located near the former castle park in Prague 5 is currently reporting more than 50% sold out.

We have launched sale of another phase at the Na Vackově Residential Park. Spacious, light, and modern apartments are already expecting their new owners in the new project neighbouring with the Židovské pece Park. Each pf the apartments has a front garden, terrace or balcony.

We have commenced sale of a new original project, Vilapark Klamovka, in Prague 5.

 

Eight buildings with the total of 117 new apartments located at the previous Klamovka castle park.

 

The design author of this project, divided into two parts with different architecture, is the City Work Architects architectonic studio.

Thanks to the tremendous interest on the part of our employees, another beneficial fundraiser took place this year, this time again for the non-profit organisation of Cesta domů, which takes care of people on the verge of their lives. 

 

The amount provided by our employees was multiplied by Metrostav Development, and, thanks to that, we were able to hand over to representatives of Cesta domů, before the end of the year, a symbolic cheque for the amazing CZK 186 400, while the money in hand will be used for financing a new urgent palliative care project.

Results were announced and awards given to the last year’s best projects in the Czech real estate market at a gala evening in the Forum Karlín, Prague. Within the frame of the prestigious Best of Realty 2021 contest, our residential project of Byty na Vackově 10th Phase acquired the Readers’ Award.
