Palmovka Open Park 4 is an office building located in Prague 8, with excellent access to public transport and direct connections to the D8 motorway and the inner Prague ring road. The ground floor features an open parterre that connects to the adjacent park near Libeňský Bridge, bringing greenery and public space into the project. The building offers 13,854 m² of office space and 148 parking spaces. Flexible floorplates allow for a combination of open-plan layouts and enclosed offices.

The building is suitable for office use as well as other commercial functions, with easy access to public transport and the Palmovka metro station. The hall offers 1,897 m² of space.
