Shell only structure

A construction phase, which represents completion of specific parts of a building. Most often it means a structure with a foundation slab, peripheral walls, roof construction, windows and doors. Sometimes shell-only structures include also other activities and building parts on the owner-builder’s or contractor’s accord.
