Dům Sluneční náměstí
The project Dům na Slunečním náměstí lies in the very centre of Nové Butovice. Not far from the house, there is Central Park with a pond and Prokopský potok. The tower block is split into three levels. The part of the building with the round atrium is made for commercial and administration purposes. Additional 13 floors of the tower block are built on this part. The passages with offices and shops are joined in the commercial part of the object. There are 177 flats and 52 non-residential spaces.
