Byty Na Vackově won the Readers’ Award in the Best of Realty 2021

Results were announced and awards given to the last year’s best projects in the Czech real estate market at a gala evening in the Forum Karlín, Prague. Within the frame of the prestigious Best of Realty 2021 contest, our residential project of Byty na Vackově 10th Phase acquired the Readers’ Award.

Byty Na Vackově 10th phase – hand-over of apartments completed

Within the frame of the Na Vackově Apartments residential project, which is located in Prague 3, all 342 apartment units and studios have successfully been handed over.

The Apartments at the Park Na Vackově Project is a part of the Residential Park Na Vackově in upper Žižkova, Prague 3. There are 11 new buildings being built with the total of 272 apartments and two studios and 90% of that capacity has been sold out so far.

A successful real estate transaction

In the beginning of summer, our company implemented a successful real estate transaction upon which MINT I. residential sub-fund of SICAV signed an agreement on acquisition for the first stage of Vysočanský Mlýn.

 

It is the first common transaction within the frame of which MINT shall extend its portfolio by acquisition of over 200 new apartments for lease in the complex being newly developed.

Byty Na Vackově – 4 buildings already received use permit

Already four of the five buildings of the Byty Na Vackově Porject, which is a part of the Na Vackově Residential Park, have received use permit, specifically buildings A1, A2, A3, and A4.  


First apartment owners are already moving to the completed buildings A1 and A2. The area, which is located in the vicinity of the Židovské pece park thus comes alive with new inhabitants.

The Byty Na Vackově Project sold out!

Our project of Byty Na Vackově in the calm area of Žižkov in Prague 3 is announced to be fully sold out. All apartments have been sold prior to construction works completion, and despite this year’s complications related to various sorts of limitations, development continues according to the schedule set.
